Producers collect packaging compliance data from their suppliers and check it against the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and US state packaging laws.

For suppliers

Suppliers answer part by part, and the checks run as they type. They declare their packaging types with numbered versions and an EU declaration of conformity as PDF/A, and record the packaging each shipment uses, with quantities.

Approval and certificates

The producer's approvers sign off each shipment per site under four-eyes rules. Roles are given per site, region or area, to a person or a group. Each approved shipment gets a numbered Certificate of Conformity as a PDF, with an audit trail.

Records and languages

Stored documents are write-once and kept for the retention period. The screens are translated, and documents are produced per country and language.

Running it

Deployed into the client's own AWS account, isolated per client. Sign-in requires MFA.
